I have been knitting since I was a small child and enjoy the
thrill of fiinishing something lovely. Recently though, I have
tried to learn crochet, but just CAN`T get the hang of it!! They
make it look so easy, but alas, not for me. Maybe I`ll just keep
trying!

Knitting is great, it doesn’t eat up the yarn as much in crochet, It’s still good to learn both though. Combining them you can create things out of this world…:)

I really like to crotchet because it gets results faster. However I prefer to knit as it gives the item being knitted a much softer look so my preference is knitting even if it takes longer for the end results.

I enjoy knitting because it keeps both hands busy at the same Time. I learned how when I was young. I sometimes create myown designs. Like the small christmas stockings I make.

a crochet openwork pattern is more sexier than knitting, i never want to go back to knitting again…

I’ve been crocheting for 40 years now, WOW – has it really been that long. My granny taught me when I was 7. Doesn’t seem that long ago. I’m crocheting a granny square baby sweater right now.

I have been Crocheting since i was a young girl and i still love it. I now crochet for my grandchildren and i am only 47…. But i would love to find some patterns for crochet earring ? !.

I’ve never been able to learn to crochet and knitting with needles now hurts my hands because of arthritis. I’ve started knitting on a round loom and love it. I’m always looking for patterns for the loom.

I have been crocheting since I was 7 years old, am now 54. My mother taught me, although she was primarily a knitter. I never could get the knack of knitting, even though I try again and again. I went on to be a much better crocheter than her, but I’m just grateful that she was able to pass on the love of creating with yarn, no matter which craft it is. My life is richer for it.
