There’s a SQUIRREL in My House!!!

I received an interesting phone call from my mom this afternoon. She had spoken with my sister earlier in the day and boy did she have a crazy morning. She dropped her daughter off at school and upon returning to the house with her other two daughters she came home to an unusual friend. AHHHH A SQUIRREL!!!! This little creature was just sitting on the counter by the sink. My sister screamed and said some things her children probably shouldn’t have heard. While tears rolled down her face she frantically called the police and animal control, while her daughter said “I’m going to sit in the car.”
Finally, the squirrel left just as easily as it came. He dug a few wholes in the screen window right above the sink, knocked down picture frames, peed and pooped on the counter and knocked a baby bottle on the floor. In my sister’s hysterical morning she was able to call my mom over to help check the rest of the house and of course she called a cleaning lady as well.
Although this is a scary story it brought a smile to my face. This isn’t something that happens on an every day occurrence and hopefully it won’t ever happen again! It reminded me of this cute Autumn squirrel box, but I’m sure my sister wants nothing to do with squirrels from now on. I just wanted to share this story. Always be aware of your surroundings!

This reminds me of the lizard that scared my mom. I came home from school and she was sitting outside on the porch. She wouldn’t let me in the house to see it. She was wating for dad to come home after work and get rid ot it. I went around to the side of the house and saw about a 6″ long lizard was on the kntchen window screen.
Why do some women get so excited when critters get into the house. If it was a poisionus snake I could understand.
