March 12th, 2010 at 05:00am Under Green Crafting

Dear Maria,
Do you have any ideas for those orange Rx bottles? My husband is on many medicines and I hate to throw these bottles away. I use them to save buttons, razor blades, needles etc., but I wonder if you have other ideas. Thanks.
Maria C.

How to: Make an Easter Basket with Green Crafting

March 10th, 2010 at 11:09am Under Easter

Easter is on its way, it’s one of my favorite holidays. Every year we go to my aunt’s house for the greatest brunch ever. We have a french toast casserole, an egg casserole, hash browns, bacon, muffins, bagels, fresh fruit and so much more. Of course we have orange juice and mimosas as well.
My aunt [...]

Recycled Chopstick Art

August 24th, 2009 at 01:40pm Under Green Crafting

I always love to look for new and innovative ways that crafters and artists are creating from recycled goods. I came across an interesting art form last night in a somewhat unusual way. I was watching the new ABC show “Shark Tank” (embarrassing, I know), in which inventors and entrepreneurs vie for the money of [...]

Turn Old Vinyl Into New Crafts

July 30th, 2009 at 08:00am Under Home Decor and Design

Recently, I have been helping my parents clean out their house. I have continually been shocked by how much they have been able to accumulate over the years.
