Congratulations Kathryn, who replied, “I love to make costume pieces. From Medieval complete with chain mail to my daughter’s Lolita dresses. The Lolitas are new to me, I just started sewing those and I find that they are simple and fun to do.“ Thank you for participating and liking FaveCrafts and our friends at Fiskars on Facebook. I just love to crochet, for any occasion but christmas is my favorite
Anytime is the perfect time to crochet.
I would have to say that my favorite time is when my cousin in Florida asks me to make her certain things all throughout the year. I am the only crafter/crocheter in the entire family so to her my handmade items are becoming family heirlooms. That means everything!
I love making baby blankets, especially the type with a ruffle. It makes my heart glow when a see a miracle wrapped in one of my blankets.

my favorite is crocheting hats
I would love to win this craft prize, I could really use the to make afghans for grandchildren, nieces, and nephews to remember me by cause I Love them all.
I love to knit and crochet anything! I especially enjoy afghans in the winter, as they get bigger you don’t need anything else but your significant other to keep you warm. I have knit many hats, but the best one was blaze orange for my husband to wear while hunting. The other thing I enjoy making a doily, they are so timely and relaxing to make.
I just love to do alot of different crafts. My daughters says I have my own craft store gonig on.
I even try teaching my grand children some.
I love learning or teaching myself all kinds of different crafts, including but not limited to beading jewelry and small fancy handbags, painting pictures and using the paint to modify existing pieces (especially clothing or modifying a plastic piece from a video/entertainment stand that looked like my first initial & nickname) latch hook rugs, cross stitch etc…) I have modified a few pairs of jeans with iron-ons which I tacked down with embroidery thread. I love making jewelry. So many people have even bought ear rings right out of my ears and made offers for other jewelry I’ve made. Sadly, someone loved my projects and collections of materials for my projects, they chose to steal most of the items I purchased over the last 20+ years. I am in the process of determining what was stolen in hopes of being reimbursed for a large amount of items I have used over the years.
I have recently retired and I’m about to tackle a huge scrap booking project with a lifetime of photos…. I really love doing this but have not indulged myself much until now. I’m planning on getting some help from the grandkids during summer visits. Should be great!
