How to Make a Pop-Up Valentine

As I mentioned last week, I love pop-up cards. After several failed attempts at making my own pop-up cards, I resigned myself to searching online for a good tutorial. RobertSabuda has an entire gallery of simple pop-up card tutorials, complete with printable patterns. The pop-up-cards-for-dummies-type tutorials include simple step-by-step instructions with photos that anyone can do. And the finished product looks great. I like that the tutorials are designed for making blank, white cards so designers can decorate and color as they choose. I’ve included images and links to the Valentine’s pop-ups below, but check out the gallery for instructions on how to make all things pop-up from a unicorn and dinosaur to Darth Vadar and the Land of Oz.
