Crochet Pattern Central has a few, and the members of Crochetville Forum also submit sometimes with instructions.

I did a search for barbie doll crochet and found a lot of patterns that worked well in my dollhouse.

My sister crocheted dollhouse afghans using sewing thread and a size 10 or smaller crochet hook and sold them in Florida years ago. They were tiny Granny squares and she sewed them together with a needle. Good luck!

Maybe you could find some small doily patterns or just use the middle of a bigger doily to make a rug or bedspread. Size 10 thread comes in a variety of colors.
