Guest Project: Valentine’s Day Heart Banner

This photo tutorial from Chris Pickup of Pickup Some Creativity shows you how to create a banner of ruffle hearts with scrap fabric. This type of fabric banner is often called bunting. If you love to sew, whip together some ruffle hearts for low-cost Valentine’s Day decorating. I also think this would be a cute idea for a birthday party, anniversary or romantic dinner.
