First Day of School Picture Frame

Every year, I have a picture of my child for her first day of school. This year, I decided to get creative with her picture. I wanted something to represent school while still decorating the picture. When I think of school, I think of pencils. Therefore, I came up with the idea to make a picture frame out of pencils. It is such a simple way to frame out the picture that any school-age child could do it. Teachers can also have their students do this with a picture as a class project. It could become a Christmas gift from the child to the parent’s by just using Christmas colored pencils.
Check out the School Picture Frame at my website, OneMinuteCrafts.com, www.oneminutecrafts.com/pencilframe.html. My family crafts website is unique in that each craft has a one minute instructional video. All of my crafts are inspired by my three children, ages 1, 4, and 8.
