I’m not really one for cut flowers. I always find the inevitable browning and petal-falling of cut flower arrangements to be a bit sad. Like anyone though, I appreciate the beauty of flowers. I love looking out into our garden while waiting for the kettle to boil and admiring my boyfriend’s green thumb.
