Fashion Sweatshirts Tots To Tweens
By Lorine Mason
Publisher: Krause Publications
ISBN: 978-0-89689-704-5
Book Review by Maria Nerius
The front cover of this book grabs you. Kids are cute! This book teaches you how to take inexpensive tops and turn the ordinary into extraordinary. The one of a kind fashions really make a nice statement that creativity can make our individualism shine. I enjoyed reading the Anatomy of a Sweatshirt and the section on sizing was excellent. You’ll learn about binding, ruffling, embroidery, appliqué, yo-yos, and other enjoyable embellishments. Patterns are included. The wearable art goes from dressy to casual… perfect for tots to tweens. Wearable art is seeing a new popularity and this book also helps you work within a reasonable budget. Mason has also written Fashion Sweatshirts 25+ Easy Projects to Alter and Embellish.
