I love the springtime crochet wreath. I reviewed the directions and see that you refer to the picture for positioning some of the parts. Is there anyway of zooming in the picture for better viewing of the placement of the parts? Thanks!

I have a thread crochet pattern for humming bird I can scan and send to you, it is a filet graph, but can easily be converted to single stitch, cross stitch, etc.

I am fairly new to crochet and self taught with a DVD and book but I’ve been tackling quite a few projects. I’ve had two corneal transplants and one back surgery in the past four months and would really enjoy some easy towels, rugs, dishcloths, amigurumi, etc patterns that I could try.

I started crocheting again about 6 months ago – after not doing it for about 25 years.
If you are looking for free patterns, have you tried lionbrand.com? They have lots of patterns – including toy or amurigami. I made a bear for a new baby using their pattern.
If you are making animals that need to be stuffed, here is a hint – I buy knee-hi nylons & stuff one of them, tie it off & use that for the body cavity. That helps keep the polystuff from poking thru the crochet.
Walgreens frequently has coupons for their pair of knee-his in a bubble at $1 for 3 bubbles/pairs – thats only 16.5 cents per animal (or 33 cents if you have to stuff both head & body).
Have fun…
