Felt is such a great material for craft projects, sturdy yet adaptable. To save money on supplies, why not make felt by felting old sweaters or make your own with wool roving. Here are four great felt projects for spring:
- Fanciful Felt Pouches- Sew a functional felt pouch to store a small mirror, spare change or a notepad in your purse.

- Felt Flower Pin Cushion- The felt flower keeps the pin-cushion from tearing and is a pretty embellishment.

- Felted Cell Phone Case- I love the pretty flower on this cell phone case.
- Bee in My Bonnet Card- The felt accents on this card are perfect for spring greetings.

Loved the idea for the Fanciful Felt Pouches! But where is the pattern to copy?
Good catch Bobbye! We are getting the pattern from the designer. =)
Hi-
I wanted to see the instructions for the felt cell phone case- but they are not there. Instead the instructions for the pin cushion comes up.
Can you help????
Susan- The image was linked correctly, but not the title above. That’s fixed now, thanks!
Bobbye- We just added the pattern from the designer.
Actually if your still having problems…go to the home page and the listing on the left has different types of crafts.
I clicked felt and found the felt pocket instructions.
I am looking for felt projests to hand sew that you hang on the wall for decorations. You can also hang them on your door. Several years back I bought a felt wall hanging of tulips in a pot. I bought them at a craft fair.
